Thank you for shopping with Crystal Garden Charms. We want you to love your purchase — if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Candles (once burned or seal broken)
- Incense
- Sale or clearance items
To start a return, email us at crystalgardencharms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2–3 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Processing Times As we work with third-party suppliers, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery before contacting us about delays.
