Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to customers within the United States. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
- Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, sales events)
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at crystalgardencharms@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the supplier.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
